Aside from the many holiday activities that St. Edmunds partakes in, we also have special events happening throughout the school year!

Snow Day

Real snow is pumped onto the St. Edmund’s playground. Children get a chance for free play in the snow in the protection of our school grounds.

Farm Day

Every spring, St. Edmund’s Nursery School has a very fun farm day where children enjoy pony rides, a petting zoo and engage in farm themed activities.

Bubblemania

In alternating years, children get to experience Bubblemania. Bubblemania is a truly a fun hands-on science experience with bubbles!

Aquarium of the Pacific

In alternative years, the mobile Aquarium of the Pacific replicates visiting the aquarium without leaving school grounds.

Reptile Day

Reptile Day is a traveling reptile and animal show. Holding an iguana or watching turtles explore the classroom is an experience your child will never forget!

Field Trips

We are delighted to provide the opportunity for our Pre-Kindergarteners to experience (and often for the first time!) a live theatrical performance at the San Gabriel Mission Playhouse. Pre-K also makes an annual trip to the Post Office which always turns out to be great fun!
